About the role of Quantity Surveyor
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Developer, assisting on RC Frame residential projects between 1500 and 1700 units. You will be working as part of a commercial team with support from a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The developer are excited to welcome a hardworking Quantity Surveyor on board and provide them with their own personal career path.
Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
- Manage the downstream process such as handling subcontractor packages
- Adhering to contractual requirements
- Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
- Assist the team in managing risks and resolving disputes
Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:
- 6-7 years of experience at a Developer
- Live within commutable distance to East London
- Degree in construction related subject is ideal but not essential
