Job Role: Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Works
Location: Hybrid - East London & Site Visits
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits

Join a leading principal contractor delivering planned investment works in the social housing sector. You’ll play a key role in managing costs, maximizing value, and ensuring the commercial success of planned refurbishment projects, particularly residential buildings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cost Management - Prepare CVRs, valuations, and reports to optimize financial performance.
- Subcontractor & Tender Strategies - Oversee procurement, contracts, and maximize value recovery.
- Final Accounts & Cash Flow - Work with the Commercial Manager to close accounts and enhance cash flow.
- Project & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with teams, clients, and suppliers to drive success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in commercial roles within social housing planned works.
- Strong financial acumen with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of contract management, cost control, and tender strategies.
