Job Role: Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Works

Location: Hybrid - East London & Site Visits

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Cost Management - Prepare CVRs, valuations, and reports to optimize financial performance.
  • Subcontractor & Tender Strategies - Oversee procurement, contracts, and maximize value recovery.
  • Final Accounts & Cash Flow - Work with the Commercial Manager to close accounts and enhance cash flow.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with teams, clients, and suppliers to drive success.

  • Experience in commercial roles within social housing planned works.
  • Strong financial acumen with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
