Manage the financial and commercial performance of social housing maintenance contracts.
Pricing additional works, resolving contractual issues, and mitigating risks.
Complete CVR, forecasts, valuations, and financial reporting.
Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

What You Bring

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a Main Contractor
Expertise in social housing maintenance or Decent Homes
Strong knowledge of CVR, JCT/NHF schedules, and cost management.
Ability to drive value while ensuring health, safety, and customer satisfaction.
