Location: North London

  • Complete CVR, forecasts, valuations, and financial reporting.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

What You Bring

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a Main Contractor
  • Expertise in social housing maintenance or Decent Homes
  • Strong knowledge of CVR, JCT/NHF schedules, and cost management.
  • Ability to drive value while ensuring health, safety, and customer satisfaction.
