Blueprint Recruitment has an exciting opportunity you won’t want to miss! Our client is looking for a skilled professional with relevant experience to join their team in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will work up to three days a week in the client's Birmingham office.

Our client is a well-established engineering, architecture, and construction firm, specialising in integrated solutions for industries such as aviation, power, water, environmental, and more.

Key Responsibilities of your role:

-Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.

-Manage procurement, including tendering and contract negotiations.

-Monitor and control project costs throughout the lifecycle.

-Assess and mitigate project risks.

-Attend meetings with clients and contractors to review budgets and agreements.

What we are looking for:

-Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

-Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the construction or engineering sector.

-Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
