Quantity Surveyor – High-Spec Residential RefurbishmentsLocation: Fulham, LondonSalary: Up to £70k + Package Take Ownership of Luxury Residential RefurbishmentsIf you're an up-and-coming Quantity Surveyor looking for a role where you can take full commercial control of high-spec projects, this is your opportunity. We’re looking for a hardworking, commercially sharp, and client-focused QS to join a growing, specialist team delivering luxury residential refurbishments in Chelsea, Kensington, and other prime London locations. You’ll be working with high-net-worth individuals who expect the highest quality service—so professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential. Your Role – What You’ll Be DoingThis is a hands-on commercial role where you’ll take full responsibility for your own projects. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and the divisional lead to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to an exceptional standard.
  • Manage the full commercial process – procurement, valuations, variations, cost reporting, and final accounts.
  • Work closely with clients – maintaining excellent relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their professional teams.
  • Oversee multiple projects – typically managing 2–3 live refurbishments at any one time.
  • Be part of a small, expert team – working alongside 2 Project Managers and 1 other QS, with 4–6 live projects running across the business at any time.
  • Bring structure and efficiency – improving reporting and commercial processes as the company grows.

Who We’re Looking ForThis role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to take full commercial responsibility and be a key part of a growing business.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying – any background (main contracting, refurb, fit-out, residential, commercial).
  • Good commercial awareness – capable of running projects independently and protecting margins.
  • Strong client-facing skills – comfortable dealing with high-net-worth individuals and their consultants.
  • Common sense, hardworking, and proactive – able to solve problems and take ownership.
