Location: North Acton + hybrid working
Salary: up to 拢55,000 + travel allowance

Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
路Preparation or assessment of applications, valuations, cost/value reconciliation.
路Cost control and forecasting.
路Preparation and agreement of applications for payment.
路Assisting with Risk and Value Management.
路Prepare supply chain enquiries, negotiate, administer and finalise/close out supply chain contracts.

Requirements:
路RICS/CICES accredited Degree (or equivalent).
路Minimum 4 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
路NEC contract experience
路Experience working on major infrastructure projects
路Experience working for a main contractor
