Our client, a highly respected tier-two construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering quality refurbishment projects, is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Role Overview

As Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage costs and contracts to ensure smooth project delivery on refurbishment schemes. You'll work closely with site teams and stakeholders, providing essential cost controls and financial guidance. This role is ideal for those with at least 4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with refurbishment or fit-out projects, and offers a supportive environment where your contributions will directly impact project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for small- to medium-sized refurbishment projects.
  • Management of subcontractor accounts, contract administration, and payment processing.
  • Regular site visits and collaboration with project teams to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project costs and budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and proactively managing financial risks.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and bid evaluations.
