A regional main contractor known for high-quality projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a proven track record.
The role involves managing a variety of refurbishment projects, including commercial, education, high-end residential, and heritage buildings, with project values ranging from 200k to 6m.
Candidates should have experience working for a reputable main contractor and be capable of delivering projects from start to finish.
The position requires management of multiple projects (up to 5) and excellent communication skills, reporting directly to a Commercial Director.
A competitive salary is offered, and candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience to be considered.
