  • Prepare and analyse cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects
  • Conduct site visits and quantity take-offs to ensure accurate cost projections
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, subcontracts, and procurement processes
  • Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
  • Evaluate and process payment applications, change orders, and claims
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Provide value engineering and cost-saving recommendations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, ideally with consultancy or client-side exposure
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are highly desirable or working towards
