The Quantity Surveyor Role

The Owner of this energetic practice seeks a Quantity Surveyor who can jump right into active projects, seamlessly managing tasks with independence and confidence.

Supported by an experienced senior team, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be entrusted with projects primarily within the education and healthcare sectors, ranging between £1m and £5m in value.

This role offers an exciting path for a Quantity Surveyor aiming to grow into senior responsibilities or for a Senior Quantity Surveyor desiring enhanced autonomy and a clearly defined route for career progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A RICS accredited degree
  • 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Able to run a project independently
