About the role of Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well established residential property developer on a project of 11800 units in total. The project is based in Barking and is with one of the most successful house builders in the UK.

Key Responsibilities for the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Prepare and manage budgets
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports
  • Negotiate costs and final accounts
  • Support the team in managing risks and resolving disputes

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

This developer is looking for a fairly self-sufficient and reliable Quantity Surveyor who has experience within the residential sector and RC frame projects. They are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor, who is eager to progress their career, to join their growing team.

  • Must have COINS experience
  • Hold the full right to work in the UK
  • Live within commutable distance to Barking
