A longstanding, professional Chartered Quantity Surveying & Project Management Consultancy near London Liverpool Street are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with commercial fit out experience to join their team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will report to a Director but will be given the freedom to run a plethora of your own London based, commercial projects including Cat A and Cat B fit out and refurbishment schemes.
Ranging from 2m - 50m, you will take on 4-5 fast paced, exciting schemes working for developers, funders, tenants and landlords, working on some of the best sites across the city with some prestigious clients!
The new Quantity Surveyor will join a medium sized firm working within a dynamic, energetic and fast paced multidisciplinary team of 15 based out of London, working from home one day per week and from the office or site the remainder.
The Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally Quantity Surveying)
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
- Pre and post contract experience
- Commercial Office fit out experience is highly desirable
