- Involved in all commercial aspects of projects from sign off on project pricing in pre-con stage to the agreement of the final account - both with the client, and with our supply chain/subcontractors.
- Maintains healthy relationships with clients and ensures fair valuations and payments on time.
- Produces cost vs budgets, and cost to complete reports on a monthly basis on all projects.
- Needs to understand high end fit out and ideally stone/tiling, will be only person in this role initially so can expect to be busy.
- Humble, hungry, smart and energetic.
- On sites face to face with clients every week agreeing valuations.
- This isn’t just a desk job.
