My client is looking for an additional Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be working for a multi disciplinary construction consultancy that special in new build residential. residential refurbishment, cladding remediation projects and commercial works. The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in tendering for projects, pre, during and post project cost and management responsibilities.
The Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following skills/experience
- Working towards MRICS or APC
- Consultancy experience
- New build and refurbishment project experience.
Backgrounds of a Cost Consultant, Commercial manager or Quantity Surveyor will be considered.
