Quantity Surveyor required in London
GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and growing main contractor, based in London, who are in the market for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Due to a positive increase in project workload and pipeline they are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join their team.
As a business they work in the Commercial, Healthcare and Aviation sectors providing both refurbishment and fit out services with values up to 10m.
The Quantity Surveyor must have/be:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or construction related courses
- Minimum of 7 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Experience working on both fit out and refurbishment projects in London
- Managed complete life cycle of projects including closing out of final accounts
- Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting
- Self-sufficient
- Proven track record of delivering construction projects
- Excellent communication and oral skills
- Stable employment history
- High-performing individual
- Versatile
- Excellent time keeping skills
