Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting challenge in the demolition industry? My client, a leader in delivering high-quality demolition and deconstruction services, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team!

Company: Dynamis, niche subcontractor who deliversafe, efficient, and sustainable demolition services. They deliver demolition, cut and carve, enabling works, and structural alterations with high quality and precision.

Role: Quantity Surveyor managing a small portfolio of your own projects with the support of a Commercial Manager. You will be client facing and have the responsibility of overseeing the full lifecycle of schemes up to 4m

Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 dependent on experience

Suitable candidates will have:

  • A degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the construction or civil engineering industry (demolition experience is a plus)
  • Strong contractual and negotiation skills. Client facing exposure is deriable but not a must.
  • Ability to contribute to the preperation of commercial reports (CVRs, Cash flow reports, PHRs)
  • Ownership of project budgets and provide regular forecasts on costs and financial performance
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, cost management tools).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
