Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for running projects with the support of senior staff, handling both pre and post contract duties. This role provides an opportunity to work on a range of exciting residential projects in a collaborative atmosphere.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing project costs
- Preparing tender documents and contracts
- Providing cost estimates and budget forecasts
- Conducting procurement assessments
- Supporting senior staff in client interactions
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
The Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or currently working towards this qualification
- Experience within a private practice/consultancy
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
