Based in London, with hybrid working opportunities, you’ll be part of a multi-skilled team, collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional projects. From residential developments (low, medium, and high-rise) to schools, blue light facilities, and existing buildings, your work will have a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Client Engagement- Present schemes, manage project timelines, and proactively solve challenges.
- Contract Administration & Employer’s Agent Role- Take ownership of key projects.
- Professional Team Leadership- Appoint and manage consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Project Feasibility & Cost Planning- Prepare appraisals, feasibility reports, and budget estimates.
- Tendering & Procurement- Oversee contract documentation, tendering, and procurement strategies.
- Financial Control & Reporting- Manage project costs, assess payments, and prepare final accounts.
- RICS Accredited Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
- Chartership is a plus (but not essential).
- Experience with JCT contracts and design & build projects.
- Strong background in residential, education, existing buildings, and retrofit projects.
- Tech-savvy- Confident using MS Office, Excel, and MS Project.
