An expanding, client-focused Construction Consultancy near Shoreditch High Street is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. With a strong pipeline of commercial projects, this is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to take on a lead role, work with prestigious clients, and fast-track their career.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be part of a team of 20 experienced professionals, working on a variety of private sector, commercial developer projects, including:

  • Commercial Offices
  • Residential & Mixed-Use developments
  • Student accommodation
  • High-end fit-outs for end users

You'll be leading projects from inception to completion, delivering pre and post-contract services, and working closely with an Associate Quantity Surveyor for support. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects, build client relationships, and develop your expertise in a fast-moving sector.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

To succeed in this Quantity Surveyor role, you should have:

  • A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • 3+ years' experience in a UK cost consultancy
  • Strong pre-contract experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative office environment.
