We are looking for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for a large residential development nr Colindale, comprising the construction of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have experience either with a main contractor or developer, ideally on mid / high-rise developments.
The role comprises picking up some procurement on some large packages (sub-structure, frame, some facade and M&E) to assist in getting the current phase closed out.
This role could be referred to as Quantity Surveyor, Project Surveyor, Project QS, QS, SQS or Senior Quantity Surveyor
