Skilled Careers are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join an established, family-feel contractor with a proud 100-year history, specializing in residential, healthcare, education, office, leisure, and new build projects across London. As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a varied range of projects and work alongside an experienced team in a supportive environment. You’ll be responsible for managing costs and contracts for a variety of schemes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the cost and procurement of projects valued at £2 million and above
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Provide regular project updates to senior management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- A Quantity Surveyor who has experience working for a UK Main Contractor.
- Refurbishment, Fit Out or New Build Experience
- Someone who has ambitions to progress to become a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the future.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management or Equivalent
