The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the forefront of a varied project portfolio, including high-risk residential, private developer, commercial, mixed-use, educational, and façade schemes. You'll be responsible for both pre- and post-contract services, including cost estimation, budget planning, contract preparation, tendering, financial reporting, and client and site meetings.

You'll be joining a dynamic consultancy of 27, with a tight-knit commercial team of three, at a pivotal moment of growth. With ambitious expansion plans and a move to larger, modern offices on the horizon, you'll have a prime opportunity to make your mark as the firm's QS department scales up. The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying within a consultancy or cost management setting
  • Actively working towards or already achieved MRICS
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong experience in pre-contract processes
  • Proven experience on projects within the built environment
