Full time position for a dynamic, experienced QS to work across our Contracts Division predominantly on social housing programmes. Opportunity to make a real difference in delivering commercial excellence in this key position.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Supporting the Commercial Lead in contract cost management
  • Production of monthly updated CVRs for each project
  • Weekly measurement and valuation validations
  • Procurement and management of supply chains
  • Maintaining the commercial risk register
  • Cost analysis and cost reduction initiatives
  • Contract reviews and cost analysis

Location

Based at our Head Office in London Borough of Southwark and liaising with Clients throughout London and the Southeast.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Professional qualifications
  • Proven relevant experience, with a high level of commercial awareness
  • Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions
  • Extensive experience in managing supply chain accounts and valuations
  • Experience in risk management to support operational teams
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
