Located: London or Northern Ireland
Remuneration: £65,000 - £80,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of Quantity Surveyor Fit Out will involve:
Quantity Surveyor position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects primarily for hotels
Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
Producing formal quotations to customers
Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
Working on projects ranging in value up to £30m
Will be required to travel to site when required (Nationwide)
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor Fit Out with
Must have Quantity Surveying experience within the fit out / design & build market sector
Working experience dealing with projects £20m+ in value
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Strong knowledge of contract documents, construction practices and techniques
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communicator written and verbally
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good team player who also works well individually
