Quantity Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Westminster, £225.63 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ1443979

  • Provide financial and commercial oversight for the Capital Programme tasks.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, forecasts, and valuations.
  • Work collaboratively with Service Providers to ensure value-for-money solutions.
  • Support leaseholder billing through accurate financial documentation.
  • Oversee the administration of valuations, payments, and cost management for tasks.
  • Develop and maintain robust systems and procedures for efficient task management.
  • Advise on contract variations, financial claims, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and statutory requirements, including leaseholder obligations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Contribute to working groups to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
