Quantity Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Westminster, £225.63 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ1443979
- Provide financial and commercial oversight for the Capital Programme tasks.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, forecasts, and valuations.
- Work collaboratively with Service Providers to ensure value-for-money solutions.
- Support leaseholder billing through accurate financial documentation.
- Oversee the administration of valuations, payments, and cost management for tasks.
- Develop and maintain robust systems and procedures for efficient task management.
- Advise on contract variations, financial claims, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and statutory requirements, including leaseholder obligations.
- Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Contribute to working groups to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
