As part of their MEP cost consultancy team, you'll play an integral role in delivering high-profile projects. With plans to grow the team by 50% over the next 18 months, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career quickly in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior colleagues and clients, supporting cost management across all stages of a project. You'll develop hands-on experience in budget planning, cost controls, procurement advice, and value engineering. Youll be conversant with JCT & NEC contracts, and importantly youll have an eagerness to learn and grow.

The ideal candidate will have:

A solid foundation in cost management, particularly in MEP projects, with the willingness to deepen their expertise.
Strong communication skills to engage with clients and the supply chain.
MRICS, or progress toward MRICS accreditation (or plans to pursue it).
