The OpportunityA rapidly growing, highly regarded consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to its London team, following increased client demand. Known for its professional excellence, collaborative culture, and strong client base, the firm is well respected across the construction consultancy sector.

This is a company focused exclusively on Quantity Surveying, providing tailored cost consultancy services to a range of blue-chip clients. The business operates a flexible team structure, assembling project teams around specific client and project needs. Once a project is delivered, teams are reallocated, allowing individuals exposure to new sectors and clients—promoting both career growth and a positive office environment.

You will be joining an experienced team based near Waterloo, delivering a range of projects across:

  • High-end residential and student accommodation

  • Offices and commercial developments

  • Hotels, retail, and leisure

  • Heritage and listed building refurbishments

Clients include major developers, commercial occupiers, funds, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services

  • Work across diverse sectors with opportunities to develop new specialisms

  • Maintain and build strong client relationships

  • Support business development and contribute to long-term client retention

  • Mentor junior staff within a cooperative and knowledgeable team

Candidate Requirements

  • MRICS-qualified Quantity Surveyor

  • Background in a consultancy / PQS environment

  • Experience in at least one of the following: residential, hotels, offices, or leisure

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Commercially minded and driven to progress
