Quantity Surveyor with Estimating Experience - Prime Residential

Could you run a small works division of a Super Prime Resi contractor in London?

Have you had prior experience working on the Estimating side of things?

Hungry to take on more responsibility and grow a team?

Working closely with the Divisional Director, you'd be the main point of contact for all surveying requirements for approx 7live projects throughout London.

Projects ranging in value from 250k to 2m.

Small refurbs to single dwellings and apartments, rear extensions, internal reconfigurations, luxury fit outs with bespoke finishes, utilising specialist suppliers for rare materials and niche trades.

Stable business model who have been running for over two decades in the High End Residential market.

Salary for this position is 70,000 to 80,000 + Package.
