About the company
A well-established Construction Consultancy who work in multiple sectors,are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and successful team based in London but with some projects in Saudi Arabia.
Based in Paddington, they have built a strong reputation and with a strong pipeline for the coming year, are actively look to recruit.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who understand their people are their strongest asset and provide strong support around personal development.
About the role:
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery.
Your role will include:
- Cost management, ensuring that the project remains within budget.
- Providing support within Project Monitoring
- Prepare tendering documents
- Contract Administration.
- Report directly to the client and relevant stakeholders
- Recognise early warning signs regarding costings.
- Travel to Saudi Arabia
The role would ideally suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has recently become chartered through RICS.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company.
About the requirements:
- The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have at least 5 years experience
- Exceptional client facing skills are an absolute must
- Demonstrable experience on projects ranging in value.
- You will ideally be a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (not essential)
- Keen to travel to Saudi Arabia occasionally.
