You'll be instrumental in driving continued growth and maintaining their reputation for excellence in cost management and project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead complex construction projects with a focus on data centre and commercial developmentsProvide strategic cost management advice to prestigious clientsOversee project teams and mentor junior surveyorsDrive client relationships and business development initiativesManage commercial aspects of projects under various contract forms, including FIDIC and OFCOCollaborate with MEP specialists to ensure comprehensive cost management solutions.My Client Offers:

Required Experience & Skills:
