The Role

As a Senior Cost Manager, you will take ownership of diverse projects, ensuring delivery of the highest standards for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing costs at every stage of a project, from feasibility to post-contract.
  • Conducting audits, cost checks, and contract reviews to ensure project success.
  • Leading bid processes and contributing to business development initiatives.

  • Building strong client relationships while expanding your expertise across sectors.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience managing costs across all project stages with a real focus on pre contract.
  • Strong understanding of JCT and NEC3 contracts.
  • A proven ability to deliver exceptional service across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and commercial.
  • Experience in consultancy or construction settings.
  • MRICS chartership (preferred but not essential).
