This leading consultancy provide comprehensive construction cost advisory services for a variety of projects, offering expertise in managing budgets, procurement, and risk assessment. They have continually grown since their establishment and are now looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly team.
In this Senior role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and land-use requirements, mitigate risks and optimise project timelines and budgets.
This role would suit a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience looking to join an award-winning consultancy with a variety of technically exciting projects and progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Specialise in value engineering for commercial projects as an independent construction cost advisor.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure adherence to zoning regulations and efficient utilization of project resources.
- Assist with accurate budgeting and cost estimation throughout the project lifecycles.
- Hybrid working
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

- Exposure to working within a consultancy
- Able to travel to sites across London
- Commutable to Barbican
