A Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead their in-house interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional design solutions for their educational and commercial clients.
Senior Project Manager Role
The chosen Senior Project Manager will oversee and monitor a variety of education projects from beginning to end by planning and overseeing the building process. Schemes valuing up to 60m.
While managing programmes and budgets, the successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the project's outcomes and fulfilment of its requirements.
The Senior Project Manager will be overseeing a wide range of project types, including both minor and substantial tasks, from start to finish and keeping up communications with clients after the project is complete.
Senior Project Manager Requirements
- Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 Years Experience working within a construction consultancy
- MRICS (Desirable)
- Previous Experience of managing Design Solutions
- Experience working on Education projects
