Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take on a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to be part of the M25 London Orbital Motorway project With an annual investment of over £100 million in highway infrastructure, this role offers unmatched opportunities to work on one of Europe's busiest and most vital road networks.

Your Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in cost management, procurement, and contract administration for major highway works. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading commercial aspects of projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
  • Managing procurement and administration of supply chain agreements
  • Conducting cost planning, valuations, and reconciliations for highway infrastructure works
  • Analysing project programs, assessing delays/disruptions, and mitigating risks
  • Utilising ERP systems to track costs, value data, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in highways, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and cost management principles.
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
  • MRICS, ICES, or working towards professional accreditation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
