A well-established Construction Consultancy who work in multiple sectors, including Residential and commercial, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and successful team.
Based in Central London, and looking to push on with their growth plans for 2024 and beyond.
A small multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy with offices near Piccadilly, they provide a complete Cost Management service with Project Management and Building Surveying.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry.
About the role:
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery.
You will work with clients through all stages of the project, from feasibility, pre-contract and post contract ensuring the client obtains the best value.
This role will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in negotiation, procurement and post contract cost management. You will reduce financial risk and monitor commercial performance.
The role would ideally suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has recently become chartered through RICS, or someone looking to get chartered in the near future.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company.
About the requirements:
- The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have at least three years experience in a Construction Consultancy
- Exceptional client facing skills are an absolute must
- Demonstrable experience on projects ranging in value.
- You will ideally be a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
About the salary:
- Up to £65,000
