Talented Senior Quantity Surveyor required. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered a permanent opportunity or can be taken on a freelance (up to 400 a day) basis.

We are working alongside a premier provider of construction services to the luxurious residential homes, landmark and heritage building sectors across London and the South East. With discerning clients who demand perfection, they deliver world class beautiful homes, stunning landmarks and modern facilities. The schemes involve both new build and structural refurbishments always incorporating the finest materials.

They require the skills of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based at their head office, undertaking all commercial duties on several prestigious refurbishment and new build projects ranging in value from 5m - 10m. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning, Profit planning, identification and valuation of variations, Claims notification and generation, Adjudication referrals, Detailed monthly cost / value reporting and Final Account settlement.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will live within easy commuting distance of the area and be able to demonstrate a strong contracting background with experience in both new build and refurbishment projects. If you have worked on high end residential or grade listed building you can expect an immediate interview, but having that experience is not necessarily essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to secure a role offering a varied workload.
