We are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an Industry leading, multidisciplinary consultancy based from their central London Office. Our client is an award-winning multidisciplinary practice that offer a range of services including; Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent etc. They work with a range of clients including; local authorities, commercial clients, private organisations, PFI & Building Managers and Public Sectors. The Quantity Surveyor will be providing professional services as well as completing project-based work, specification writing and contract administration.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Feasibility Cost Planning from stage 0 onwards
- Detailed elemental cost planning / estimating
- Cost verification of external cost plans
- All aspects of cost management working closely with our Employer's Agents / PM's
- Management of procurement stage including production of tender documentation
- Review of post tender returns and production of Client Tender Reports
- Advise colleagues and provide commercial support for project change / variations and claims
- Manage project final accounts
- Carry out life cycle costing
- Manage and maintain cost data for benchmarking purposes
Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Prior experience working for a consultancy or client-side
- Good tenure and seeking a permanent role
