Our client is a national developer focused on residential, mixed-use, and student accommodation projects.
They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a major project in Bermondsey, South East London, consisting of 250 high-rise units valued at 85 million.
The successful candidate will oversee a quantity surveyor and report to the Head of Commercial.
Applicants should have experience in commercially leading high-rise RC frame developments valued over 80 million.
The salary for this position ranges from 90k to 95k, plus a full package and bonus system.

The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a project in Bermondsey, South East London.

The development consists of 250 units, High rise RC Frame build, total value 85m.

You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into the Head of Commercial.

Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading High Rise RC Frame developments in excess of 80m.

In return, our client is offering 90k - 95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top.
