Your new role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of managing a diverse range of projects, including refurbishments, re-cladding, and new builds. These projects are complex and range in value from 10m to 20m. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of these high-profile projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a similar field.
- Proven experience of estimating and producing tenders.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements.
- Proficiency in take-offs and knowledge of contracts and variations.
- Enjoys hands-on project management.
- Excellent communication skills and seeks responsibility.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to be involved in all aspects of the project.
