Quantity Surveyor required for a 220,000ft2 CAT-A Fit Out project in C.London. Quantity Surveyors will be working for a reputable main contractor based in Zone 1 London. Quantity Surveyors will be delivering this project on a JCT D&B contract.

Quantity surveyors will need to have plenty of CAT A Fit-Out project experience experience. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for procurement, tender returns, variations and placing orders. Quantity Surveyors will be responsible for managing up to 2 project quantity surveyors.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Responsibilities

• Experience working on CAT A Fit-Out in London
• JCT Traditional Contract experience
• Previously worked for reputable main contractors on high value projects
• Operate standalone with ability to manage teams

Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits

• £75,000 - £85,000
• Travel included
