We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an Industry leading, multidisciplinary consultancy based from their Sevenoaks or Central London Office. Our client is an award-winning multidisciplinary business that offer a range of services including; Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Fire Engineering, Employers Agent etc. They work with a range of clients including; local authorities, commercial clients, private organisations, PFI & Building Managers and Public Sectors.
The Senior QS will be working on a range of projects spanning residential, commercial and industrial operating from their central London office and sites across the region as required. Candidates must have experience consultancy or client side and will be MRICS qualified or working towards this.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits
* Salary: 60k - 70k (guide only- open to discussion DOE)

* Prior experience working for a consultancy / PQS practice
* Able to commute to central London
* Wanting a long-term role with a prompt step up to associate level
