Carriera is proud to partner with a project and cost management consultancy who predominantly focus on the super prime and high-end residential market across London, Europe and Carribbean.

About the role

The company is privately-owned and currently employs circa 20 project & cost managers who all enjoy working within the contemporary office environment situated in west central London.

As a senior quantity surveyor, you will be working on some prestigious projects from client brief right through to delivery. The projects will be situated in London, Middle East and/or Caribbean hence there will be travel required as and when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the high-end residential sector is beneficial

  • Experience within the built environment ideally with a multi-disciplinary/construction consultancy

  • Track record of delivering projects through entire life-cycle

  • Ideally you're a MRICS qualified

  • Hybrid role - 3 days in the office with 2 WFH
