Role Overview: They are now seeking a seasoned SQS to bolster the commercial team. You'll orchestrate effective decision-making, ensuring each project's success. Collaboration is key; we thrive on sharing insights, navigating risks, and uniting under our One Team ethos.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ERP data to analyze budget vs. cost dynamics.
  • Oversee time, labor, and expenditure across all project facets.
  • Craft weekly reports, guiding project managers through commercial landscapes.
  • Spearhead risk management and cost control throughout the project journey.
  • Serve as the sage advisor on contractual matters, ensuring legal and quality standards are met.
  • Uphold our commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and Company Values.

Key Skills:

  • Communication is key, both internally and with external partners.
  • Forge connections with your interpersonal finesse, fostering teamwork and calibration
  • Construction knowledge and experience in NEC or JCT contracts is a must

Key Experience:

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • While construction experience is ideal, your attitude and approach are what truly matter.
  • Bonus points for AssocRICS or MRICS credentials, but passion and drive trump all.
