A reputable and professional national Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking for a motivated and client-focused Senior Quantity to join their thriving London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a growing team of 15, where collaboration and hands-on involvement are key, regardless of seniority.

This role will see you delivering a diverse portfolio of projects spanning multiple sectors, including student accommodation, private residential developments, housing associations, commercial banks, leisure facilities, and listed buildings.

You'll have the opportunity to work on both new builds and refurbishments, ensuring a dynamic and varied workload. The team's culture promotes a shared responsibility for project success, providing a platform for experienced professionals to bring their expertise to the forefront.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • MRICS ideally / currently working towards or 7-10 years experience
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
  • The desire to manage a small team of junior surveyors would be ideal
