A global Quantity Surveying Consultancy, which is renowned for working on prestigious projects, is seeking a career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor for their thriving London office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning, world class team working in a client facing role working on a number of iconic projects across the region from 10m - 100m. Sectors include Residential, Commercial, Infrastructure, Retail, Education and Healthcare.
Working in a diverse & interesting role, workload includes real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors, they specialise in major programmes, programme management, cost and commercial management, net zero and digital solutions.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring client objectives are met through an effective cost management service.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor eager for progression to Associate Director as well as the opportunity to get more involved in team management and business development.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Proven experience delivering top-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across all project stages.
- MRICS ideally or currently working towards
- A RICS accredited degree qualification
- Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience working with a construction consultancy
