Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Residential project
This leading main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their site team on phase 2 of a major new build residential development in South London.
The project is in good shape and progressing ahead of programme so you will be joining a successful project. You will be bought in to replace the current Senior Quantity Surveyor who is emigrating abroad.
This Senior Quantity Surveyor role is for a leading national contractor that has a turnover of over £1b so there are associated processes in place. You will be familiar with how a Tier 1 contractor works and how a new build phased residential project is constructed.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have a recognised Construction qualification and contracting residential experience for recognised companies.
