The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with the Quantity Surveying Director, leading projects from inception to completion, including:
- Preparing cost estimates and managing project budgets.
- Overseeing the full procurement process and administering contracts.
- Driving on-site success and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Acting as a key client contact, building strong relationships and offering expert advice.
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff to foster team development.
What You'll Bring
- Expertise: Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying within a PQS/Consultancy environment.
- Leadership: A proven track record of managing projects independently, from inception to completion.
- Qualifications: MRICS or equivalent chartership.
- Client-Focused Approach: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.
- Drive: A proactive attitude and ambition to progress toward Associate level.
