Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Sector

Our client is a well-established, privately-owned boutique consultancy with a strong reputation for collaborating with blue chip corporate companies, asset managers, and high net worth individuals to create top-tier facilities in central London landmark buildings.
They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in nurturing existing crucial client relationships and will be initially supporting, then taking ownership of projects with a size of up to £30m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial cost management refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and designers .
- Work collaboratively within the team to contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Quantity Surveying (QS) experience at a consultancy.
- Commercial (office) QS experience in refurbishment and fitout.
- Have a progression-orientated attitude and great team collaborator.
- Track record of building relationships and winning new business.
- Degree or Master's in Quantity Surveying.
- Ideally achieved Chartered status (MRICS).
