The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll report directly to the Directors and take full ownership of large-scale residential schemes. You'll be at the forefront of project delivery, acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent while guiding junior team members and collaborating closely with prestigious clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing end-to-end project delivery.
  • Providing expert pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
  • Mentoring and developing junior Quantity Surveyors.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Contributing to the strategic growth of the London office.

About You

We're looking for a confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
  • MRICS ideally or currently walking towards
  • 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion
  • Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
