An expanding cost and project management consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of their team in London. The company operates across various sectors including private residential, commercial, healthcare, hotel, and mixed-use projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
In this role, you will be actively involved in both pre and post-contract activities while managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will also oversee and mentor other Quantity Surveyors within a team of 14 professionals.
You will be responsible for:
- Pre and post-contract management
- Overseeing project budgets and costs
- Preparing tender documents
- Managing and mentoring junior quantity surveyors
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Risk assessment and mitigation
The Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Preferably MRICS chartered status
- Experience in residential and/or hotel sectors
- Proven experience within the built environment
- Background in a private practice / consultancy
- Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
